An honest review built on QuickBridge's own published terms, so you can decide whether its short-term loan fits your business or whether another route makes more sense.

QuickBridge is a small-business funding company based in Irvine, California, that offers short-term loans of up to $500,000. It asks for at least 6 months in business, $250,000 or more in annual sales and a business bank account (per its site, checked October 2026). If your business clears those minimums and you want a short, fixed term, it is worth a quote. If you sell less, need more money or already have an advance open, compare other routes first.

We do not repeat ad copy or invent ratings. Below we cover what the company publishes, how to verify any funder is legitimate yourself, which contract clauses to read before you sign, and when it makes sense to look at alternatives, including Merchant Fund Express, our recommended funder. Key takeaways

  • QuickBridge publishes loans of up to $500,000 with terms of 6 to 18 months (per its site, checked October 2026).
  • Its published minimums: 6+ months in business, $250,000+ in annual sales and a business bank account.
  • Payments are collected by ACH Monday through Friday, according to its own disclosures.
  • It does not publish rates on the pages we reviewed, so you only learn the price from a written offer.
  • Legitimacy is something you verify: state registration, California license, the full contract and zero upfront fees.
  • If you sell under $250,000 a year or need more than $500,000, its published minimums and cap rule you out.

What QuickBridge offers, according to its own site

Everything below comes from quickbridge.com, checked October 2026. We cite it the way the company presents it; actual terms depend on your file.

ItemWhat QuickBridge publishes
AmountLoans of up to $500,000
TermShort-term loans of 6 to 18 months
Minimum requirements6+ months in business, $250,000+ in annual sales and a business bank account
DocumentsDriver's license and bank statements for the online application
SpeedCredit decision within hours and funds in as little as 24 hours, subject to documents, review and your bank's timing
PaymentsAutomatic ACH debits Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays
Early paymentDiscounts for paying early; amounts and details are given before you accept
CreditExploring options does not affect your score; if it cannot fund you, it may refer you to a partner that could run a hard inquiry
California licenseLoans made or arranged under California Financing Law license 603 J292

Two details people often miss. First, the fine print says products may be provided by third parties and are subject to lender approval, so ask exactly which entity will sign with you. Second, the payment comes out every business day: roughly 21 debits a month, which you should measure against your slowest month, not your best one.

Who QuickBridge fits, and who it does not

Based on what the company publishes, the best-fit profile is fairly clear:

  • Businesses with $250,000 or more in annual sales and at least six months open, with a business bank account separate from the personal one.
  • Specific, short-lived needs: stocking inventory before the busy season, covering payroll while a late invoice gets paid, fixing equipment that stops operations.
  • Owners who prefer a fixed term and want to know from day one when the debt ends.

And these are signs you probably need another route:

  • Your annual sales are under $250,000. That is the published minimum, so you are unlikely to get far.
  • You need more than $500,000. That is its published cap.
  • Your cash flow is uneven, and a debit every business day would put you in the negative several days a month.
  • You already have one or two advances open. The pages we reviewed do not say how existing balances are treated; ask before you apply and always disclose them.

Is QuickBridge legit? How to check for yourself

We will not give you a star rating or a complaint count we cannot verify. What we can give you is the method we use on any funder, which also protects you from scammers who impersonate real companies:

  1. Look up the legal entity. The site identifies QuickBridge Funding, LLC at 46 Discovery, Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92618. Search for it in the California Secretary of State business registry and confirm the company you are talking to is that same entity.
  2. Verify the license. The site cites California Financing Law license 603 J292. In California you can look up licenses with the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI). In another state, ask which license or registration applies there; rules vary by state.
  3. Demand the full contract before signing. A serious funder lets you read it calmly, with the amount, total repayment, payment frequency and fees in writing.
  4. No upfront fees. If anyone asks for a payment to "release" or "secure" your loan before you receive the money, stop. That is the classic scam signal.
  5. Confirm the channel. Type quickbridge.com in yourself instead of following links in messages. Scammers use well-known company names over text, WhatsApp and email.

Contract clauses to check

Before you sign with QuickBridge or any other funder, get the offer in writing and go through these points one by one. If anything is unclear, ask and get the answer by email.

  • Total cost, in words and in structure. Is it an interest rate, a factor rate or a flat fee? Is there an origination fee taken out of the amount you receive? Always compare what you receive with what you repay.
  • Debit frequency and amount. A payment every business day feels very different from a weekly one. Put it next to your rent, payroll and taxes.
  • Early-payment discount. QuickBridge says it provides the amounts and terms before you accept. Ask for them in the contract and note the conditions: per its site, you must pay the full remaining amount, be current and do it within a set window.
  • Personal guarantee. Check whether you sign as a personal guarantor and what that means if the business stops paying.
  • UCC liens. Many funders file a lien on business assets. Understand what it covers and how it is released when you finish.
  • Returned-payment and default fees. A bounced ACH can trigger fees and lead to default.
  • Limits on additional financing. Some contracts prohibit taking another advance while you are paying.

On guarantees specifically, our guide to personal guarantees and business loans walks through what you are actually signing.

Alternatives to QuickBridge

The right alternative depends on why QuickBridge does not fit:

  • You sell under $250,000 a year. Look for funders that work with smaller deposits. A revenue-based advance or a small line of credit may be more realistic.
  • You need more than $500,000. You need a funder with higher caps, and almost always more documents, such as tax returns and financial statements.
  • You want lower payments. A longer-term loan, a line of credit or even an SBA loan, if you have time to wait.
  • Your credit is in the 500 to 600 range. Prioritize funders that look at sales and deposits as well as your score.

Our pick is Merchant Fund Express, our recommended funder. It works with amounts from $5,000 to $5,000,000, considers scores from FICO 500 (stronger credit and cash flow usually bring better offers), reviews your sales and deposits, not just your credit, and does not require collateral in most cases. Decisions often come in 2 to 4 hours, applying is free with no impact to your credit, it offers Spanish-speaking support, and it accepts applicants with an ITIN (no SSN needed). You can see what offers you qualify for with Merchant Fund Express and compare them with whatever QuickBridge puts on the table.

Frequently asked questions

What are QuickBridge's requirements?

Its site, checked October 2026, lists three minimums: at least 6 months in business, $250,000 or more in annual sales and a business bank account. The application asks for a driver's license and bank statements. Meeting the minimums does not mean approval: the company says it also weighs business type, average balances, personal credit and other factors.

How much does QuickBridge lend?

According to its site, checked October 2026, it offers loans of up to $500,000 with short terms of 6 to 18 months. The approved amount depends on your eligibility. If you need more, you will have to look for a funder with higher caps and prepare more documents, such as tax returns and financial statements.

Does applying with QuickBridge hurt my credit?

The company says exploring your options with it does not affect your score. It also notes that if it cannot fund you, it may try to connect you with a partner, and that partner could run a hard credit inquiry. Ask before authorizing any additional pull so you know exactly who is running it.

How do I know a call or text from "QuickBridge" is real?

Do not use the link or contact details in the message. Go to quickbridge.com yourself, find the official contact information and confirm the offer exists. Be wary of anyone who asks for an upfront payment, pushes you to sign the same day or will not let you read the full contract before you accept.

What if my business makes less than $250,000 a year?

You fall below the minimum QuickBridge publishes, so you are unlikely to move forward with it. Look for funders that work with smaller deposits, such as a revenue-based advance or a small line of credit. Cleaning up your bank statements, with no negative-balance days, also helps on any application.

Can I repay a QuickBridge loan early?

Its site says it offers early-payment discounts and shares the amounts and details before you accept. To qualify, according to the company, you must pay the full remaining amount, be current on payments and do it within the stated window. Ask for every one of those conditions to appear in writing in your contract.
